EaZy-Q® Meeting Room Solution (MRS) provides an easy way to book meeting and manage multiple or group of devices through few simple steps.Let us take a brief moment to explain how this whole thing works and make a difference in day to day business interaction and experience. All you need is to follow 3 simple steps:

  • Step 1: Configure / link devices to available meeting rooms
  • Step 2: Select Meeting Room & layout to be shown on the linked devices
  • Step 3: Book a meeting room using our user friendly portal. Alternatively, you can integrate the room booking with your existing system or via MS Outlook.
